ECCM is pleased to announce the lauch of its new website. Our aim was to provide a more interactive website between ECCM and you, our valued customer.
The following enhancements have been made:
- Improvements to the payments screen. Capturing of payments is made much easier and quicker.
- You can now create and submit your Blacklisting requirements directly on our website. Select the Blacklisting page, complete all required information and submit. As easy as that!
- An Invoice Statement report has been added. This report will assist in the reconciliation of payment advices in the current billing month.
- We have automated the 'Forgotten your password' process to ensure that your new password is submitted to you without any undue delays.
